Leave your number — we'll call you within 7 seconds and you'll talk to the AI agent. Kazakh or Russian, your choice.
Only the NeuroCall team sees the number — no mailing lists, no spam.
The agent handles repetitive questions and passes only the cases that need a person to your team.

First line for cards, payments and applications — without queueing.

Hotlines and outbound campaigns in Kazakh, with data kept in-country.

Admissions, payment reminders and a campus hotline.
Below is an example agent conversation. Press play and read the lines as they arrive.
The flagship is the voice agent. The rest are built on the same in-house models and available separately.
Inbound and outbound calls, contact-base campaigns, scenarios and CRM integration — from the first ring to the CRM record.
Enterprise delivery: discovery, sandbox, a pilot on selected scenarios, load testing, then scaling across the lines.
Telephony, CRM and webhooks — in detail
In the enterprise delivery the platform moves to you entirely: recognition, the model and synthesis run on your servers.
The entire platform is installed inside your perimeter. Audio, transcripts and recordings stay in your network — not a single packet with customer voice leaves it.
Recognition and speech synthesis are our own. No OpenAI, no ElevenLabs — not a fragment of a conversation reaches a foreign server, and you don't depend on their limits, pricing or data policies.
Your customer conversations never feed model training by default. If you need fine-tuning for your domain and vocabulary, it is an explicit implementation procedure: on your request, on your data, under your control.
Recordings and the database remain on your side — Kazakhstan's Personal Data Law (No. 94-V) localization requirement is satisfied by the installation itself. An NDA and a processing agreement are signed before the pilot starts.
Login through your authentication system, role-based permissions and an action log are configured as part of implementation — under your access policy, not on top of it.
Short answers to what usually comes up before a pilot. Didn't find yours — ask in the form below; an engineer answers, not a support bot.
Yes, on one platform. Inbound support and hotline lines as well as outbound campaigns over a contact base, with schedules, retries and do-not-call lists. Recordings, transcripts and campaign outcomes land in one place.
With what you already have: SIP trunks and PBX systems — Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Avaya, Cisco. The agent sits on top of your infrastructure.
Kazakh and Russian — in one model, with mid-sentence language switching. We train the models ourselves for this region rather than configuring someone else's multilingual API.
Only your infrastructure sets the limit. The platform deploys on your servers and scales with them — there are no foreign cloud quotas or tariffs.

Yes. Recognition, the language model and synthesis are ours and run locally: inside the customer's perimeter the agent makes zero outbound calls. Neither calls nor texts reach foreign servers.
Seven days on your data: we analyze 50–100 real dialogs, build an agent for your scenario, connect a test environment and measure the share of calls handled without an operator (automation rate), average handling time (AHT) and cost per minute. The go/no-go is decided by numbers, not a presentation.
